At LitesGo, return conditions vary by supplier. Please confirm return eligibility before placing your order.
Return Window Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee Most suppliers charge a 20–30% restocking fee on returned items, even if unopened.
Return Authorization All returns require pre-approval from LitesGo and the supplier. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
