In a Class I Division 1 environment, a single spark can lead to disaster. The LitesGo 150W C1D1 Series is built to prevent that. Unlike C1D2 fixtures, which are designed for accidental leaks, this model is built for environments where the risk is constant.

• Flame-Proof Pressure Containment: The housing is constructed with extra-thick aluminum walls designed to contain the pressure of an internal explosion. If an electrical fault occurs inside the light, the fixture ensures the flame never escapes to ignite the surrounding hazardous atmosphere.

• Precision-Machined Flame Paths: The enclosure features machined joints that act as "flame paths." These paths cool escaping hot gases during an internal event, ensuring they stay well below the ignition temperature of the external environment.

• Superior 750W HID Replacement: Producing 21,000 lumens, this 150W LED engine provides massive visibility for high-bay mounting. It provides instant-on capability with no warm-up time—a critical safety feature for emergency evacuations.

• Industrial Durability (IP66 & IK10): The marine-grade chassis is resistant to salt spray and chemical corrosion. The 12mm tempered glass lens is thermally shock-resistant and impact-rated (IK10), making it ideal for the high-vibration environments of mining and offshore drilling.

• Strict Thermal Control: Our advanced heat-sync technology ensures that even during continuous 24/7 operation, the surface temperature remains low enough to prevent the ignition of hazardous substances (Low T-Rating).
