Advanced Flame-Proof Engineering for Division 1 Safety

In a Class I Division 1 environment, the light fixture is the most critical safety barrier. The TLHEP200HC120P is engineered to be stronger than the explosion it is designed to contain.

• Pressure-Containment Chassis: The housing is constructed from high-density, copper-free cast aluminum with extra-thick walls. In the event of an internal electrical failure leading to an explosion, the housing contains the force and prevents any flame from escaping into the surrounding hazardous area.

• Machined Flame Paths: Precision-machined joints act as thermal "flame paths." If internal gases are forced out during an event, these paths cool the gases below their ignition temperature before they can reach the external atmosphere.

• 1000W HID Replacement Power: Delivering 28,000 lumens, this fixture allows for a 1-for-1 replacement of high-maintenance 1000W HID lamps. It provides superior 5000K daylight visibility and instant-on capability, eliminating the dangerous warm-up times of legacy systems.

• Extreme-Duty Durability: Finished with a marine-grade anti-corrosion powder coating, the housing is impervious to salt spray and corrosive chemicals. The 12mm tempered glass lens is thermally shock-resistant and IK10 impact-rated, surviving the harshest high-vibration mining and offshore conditions.

• Thermal Safety (Low T-Rating): Advanced heat-sync management ensures that even at 200W, the fixture’s surface temperature remains well below the auto-ignition points of common hazardous gases.
